Digital Marketer and Sales Lead Generation Specialist

Overview

The Digital Marketer and Sales Lead Generation Specialist is responsible for prospecting, qualifying and generating new sales lead to assist the Business Support Manager and CEO. This candidate will be a highly motivated, self-starter able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources including digital marketing, social media, inbound marketing leads, prospect lists, discovery and individual research. A dynamic personality with a drive to reach decision-makers is essential!

Reports To: Business Support Manager / CEO

The Digital Marketing & Sales Lead Generation Specialist is expected to:

  • Develop new business via the established channels (LinkedIn, telephone and customer information database) and mass communication such as Bulk email and social media to introduce the Zercom systems solutions and identify appropriate buyers within the target market.
  • Analyze digital data to draw key recommendations around website optimization
  • Generate and follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
  • Writing press releases, online content, and company articles for our online channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)
  • Assessing the results of marketing campaigns and sponsored Ads, Google Ads and SEO
  • Support Business support team to improve service delivery, control, and maintenance of their leads.
  • Project Completion / 6 Month purchase follow-up calls
  • Prepare emails to send out to customers
  • Assist with Presentations, Trainings, and scheduling of Technical and Administrative support to customers.
  • Identify key buying influencers within these prospects to determine budget and timeline.
  • Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications to move opportunities through the sales funnel.
  • Work with the Business Support Manager and CEO to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet quarterly revenue goals.
  • Assisting the CEO in writing reports and analyzing data
  • Coordinate with sales team to create marketing campaigns
  • Helping to drive leads and online traffic with web-based activities and programs
  • Manage data for new and prospective clients in any Lead generation software or CRM, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate, and documents are attached, as well as reporting and follow-up activities meet the organization requirements.
  • Prepare and analyze marketing and sales pipeline reports and dashboards

 

Required experience and knowledge

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, or related field
  • 1-3 years Digital marketing / online channel sales and/or inside sales experience is a plus
  • Excellent client service skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

 

Technical Experience

  • Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of video and picture editing software such as Adobe, canva and Camtasia
  • Experience with email marketing software such as Mailchimp, SendinBlue, and Snovio,
  • Experience with any CRM Software
  • Basic understanding of Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Full understanding of all social media platforms
  • Experience executing paid social media campaigns.

 

 

Administrative / Front Desk Officer

Position Purpose

As the front desk, you will be the first point of contact for our company. Your duties include offering administrative support across the organization. You will welcome guests and greet people who visit the business.

Essential Duties

  1. Provide Front desk reception duties for the office which includes handling of all phone calls and manage internal & external customers professionally.
  2. Provide full admin support to the team and department
  3. Prepares correspondence, presentations, email communications, and excel spreadsheets.
  4. Perform data-entry, documentation, printing and filling duties
  5. Maintain a proper and user-friendly filling and document control system for recording and
    tracking of all documents
  6. Compute and pay taxes as at when due
  7. Carry out all bank related transactions.
  8. Collects and reconciles reimbursement requests for payments.
  9. Attends all staff meetings as required and take notes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

SENIOR PHP DEVELOPER

Brief Description

We are looking for a Senior Backend PHP Developer with experience in building complex platforms and APIs; who can adapt and help us stay on top of expanding technologies and engineering trends. A Senior Backend PHP Developer, under limited supervision, is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing software solutions to address complex business issues.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for application design, code development, testing and deployment, and maintenance
  • Write well designed and optimized code
  • Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle
  • Implement new features and maintain the existing codebase
  • Develop and deploy new features to facilitate related procedures and tools if necessary
  • Troubleshoot, test, and maintain the core product and database to ensure strong optimization and functionality.
  • Develop solutions based on queries given by clients.
  • Create and run ad hoc reports written in SQL and iterating through large datasets in PHP
  • Tune database (indexes and schema organization)

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • +3 years’ experience building full-stack web projects with a significant focus on backend code and business logic
  • Recent versions of PHP (7.0 preferred or later)
  • Relational database setup and use (MySQL, MSSQL and Oracle)
  • Hands-on front-end development utilizing HTML, Bootstrap, CSS (or SCSS/SASS/LESS), client-side JavaScript and jQuery
  • Git version control knowledge and experience
  • Experience with RESTful API usage and implementation
  • Server and site performance optimization experience is a plus.

 

Additional Preferred Skills

  • Laravel 8.0 framework (Knowledge of CodeIgniter is a plus)
  • Knowledge and use of Single Page Application design and implementation, including use of front-end tools such as React JS
  • Experience with Composer, NPM or other tools in the build pipeline
  • Troubleshoot issues with a web server, database, security, network, and web technologies
  • Customize, compile, install, configure, monitor and debug server instances, especially on NGINX and IIS
  • Reporting, maintenance, and test automation tools in PHP (e.g. PHP Unit)
  • Create and enhance in-house tools for website operations, support hardware & software issues.

  • Maintains an updated historical file of all creative materials/works produced.
  • Developing concepts, graphics and layouts for product illustrations, logos, websites, etc.
  • Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts and developing interactive design.
  • Using innovation to redefine a design brief within time and cost constraints
  • Present finalised concepts and design to the Head, Business Support
  • Working as part of a team with illustrators, web developers, etc.
  • Determining size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy, and font style and size
  • Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements if required
  • Liaising with external printers (when the need arises) to ensure deadlines are met and material is printed to the highest quality.
